What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a partnership between you and a coach focused on building sustainable lifestyle habits around the fundamentals of health: food, movement, sleep, stress, and more. Unlike a doctor's appointment, there's no diagnosis, no prescription, and no one-size-fits-all plan handed down to you. And unlike a personal trainer or nutritionist, the focus isn't just one area of your health, it's the whole picture.
 

​A health coach helps you figure out what's getting in the way, what actually works for your life, and how to make healthy habits stick for the long term. Think of it as the missing piece between knowing what you should do and actually doing it consistently.

How It Works

Coaching Consult

We begin with a free consultation to explore your health goals and challenges, and see if coaching is the right fit for you.

Personalized Support

No templates, no generic meal plans. Every recommendation is built around your body, your goals, and the life you're actually living.

Ongoing Support

You'll receive email and resource support between sessions, to help keep you motivated and on track.

Monitor Progress

We regularly check in on your progress and make adjustments to your plan, so it keeps aligning with what you actually need and desire.

Partnership

You know your body better than anyone. My role is to guide and support, not direct. Every decision we make, we make together, with you leading the way.

Sustaining Success

Once you reach your goals, we focus on the tools and strategies to help you maintain your new lifestyle.
