Is coaching the same as seeing a doctor or dietitian?
No. Coaching focuses on lifestyle, food, movement, sleep, and stress, and works alongside any care from your doctor, not in place of it. I'm not able to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
Is this only for women, or a specific age group?
My coaching is open to anyone looking to build sustainable, lifestyle-based habits. I've worked with both men and women ranging from their twenties to their sixties.
What happens on the free Coaching Consult?
It's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about where you're at, what you're hoping to change, and how Health coaching fits into that. So we can both see if working together is the right fit. No commitment required.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on your goals and the package that fits best. We'll go over it together during your Coaching Consult.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Sessions are held virtually, so we can meet no matter where you are.
What if my goals change partway through?
That's completely normal, and expected. We check in regularly and adjust your plan as your goals and life shift.
